In 2005 I was senior policy advisor to the Institutional Cooperation programme of Nuffic that worked on Capacity Building in Higher Education in the South. My main tasks were:

Research into the role of knowledge and research in rural development

Advise on the integration of MDGs in programmes, donor coordination and policy coherence
- Writing internal policy papers, external papers and (chapters of) books and editing publications/books.
